Booster Club Spring Cookouts
The OLL Booster Club will be sponsoring Spring Cookouts for the following games:
Boys Lacrosse vs. TFS – Friday, May 1, game starts at 4:30pm
Boys Baseball vs. Immaculata – Monday, May 4, starts at 4:00pm (last home game)
Girls Soccer vs. Cathedral – Tuesday, May 5, starts at 4:15pm (last home game)
We will be serving cheeseburger or hot dog/chips and a drink for $4.
If you would like to help set up/grill please contact me for Lacrosse and Baseball, Mike Doggett for Soccer. Players from teams that are not playing that day will be helping to serve. Bring the kids and come out and cheer on our teams! Go Lions!

Girls’ Lax Wins 3 In A Day!
The girls’ lacrosse team traveled to Greensboro for a playday on Saturday and won all three of their games. In the first game the Lady Lions downed the South Charlotte Cyclones 5-3. They beat Ft Mill in the second 7-4 and finished the day with a 5-3 win over Alexander Graham Middle School from Charlotte – improving their overall record to 13-0-1!
Boys’ Lacrosse Beats St Michaels, TFS
Last week the boys’ lacrosse team won two more games, beating St Michaels 8-4 and The Franciscan School 12-6.
Girls’ Lacrosse Wins Again!
The girls’ lacrosse team picked up its 10th win on Thursday evening with a 14-3 victory over Raleigh Parks. Way to go girls!
Girls’ Lax Rolls Through Playday
The girls’ lacrosse team rolled through the playday at Lourdes Field last Saturday, winning both their games. In the first game, the Lady Lions defeated TYLA 16-7 and followed that up with a 7-2 win over Apex Black. Their record improves to 9-0-1!
Girls’ Soccer Wins Two More
The girls soccer team picked up wins this week against St Raphaels (4-3) and Cary Academy (3-2) to improve their record to 7-2.
Spring Cookout Reminder – This Saturday
Come out and enjoy the good weather and support the OLL Girl’s Lacrosse Team!
Their first game will be at 1:30 pm at the OLL field.
The Booster Club with help from the boys lacrosse team will be serving lunch plates from 11-2.
$4 for cheeseburger or hot dog/ chips and a drink.
The girls team also will have a concession stand and bake sale.
There should be a big crowd as 7 other teams from the area will be playing games 8-5.
